Transformations Wellness Spa Policy

Transformations Wellness Spa strictly enforces a 24-hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or change your appointment time with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount for the services of the missed, canceled or changed appointments.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment but notify us with the request to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment, your card WILL NOT be charged and we will honor your request.  This policy is in place out of respect for our therapists and clients as appointment cancellations and rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance are hard to fill.

By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, it prevents other clients the opportunity to schedule in that time slot.  It also does not allow an adequate amount of time to schedule clients that would have like to have taken the time slot of the missed appointment.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment will have the option to receive their services in the time that remains or to reschedule.

 We are currently not accepting insurance for services.  We do accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks with fees payable at time of service to Transformations Wellness Spa.  A returned check fee of $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

Services received cannot be refunded nor will refunds be issued for prepayment on future services. Refund request for prepayments will result in a credit that can be used towards other services or products.
